Construction of Handwashing facilities stands and provision of handwashing facilities (Buckets) in five schools impacting 4625 leaners from Habittant, Viyele, Mzuzu Demonstration, Chibanja and St Peters Primary Schools in Mzuzu city
We noted that learners adopted new hygiene practices of washing their hands before eating and after visiting the toilet. This is a step towards fighting waterborne diseases
Total Community Transformers organised a seminar for church based youth to disseminate information about inflection, counselling and testing and ARV therapy. Facilitated by Banja La Mtsogolo and reached out to 30 youth. The training identified that there was knowledge deficiency on HIV/AIDS among church youth. As such recommended follow-up seminar to be conducted
