Total Community Transformers continues to transform communities in Mzimba and Surrounding areas

The organizational was registered in 2019 by the registrar general of the Malawi government.
Working with stakeholders, Total community Transformers endeavours to empower the disadvantaged rural communities with appropriate knowledge, skills and resources
The vision of total community Transformers shall be to promote rural community groups in Malawi who try to uplift their communities and surrounding.
Years Of Experience
Traditional Authorities in Mzimba
- To improve the quality of life for vulnerable groups in Malawi
- To contribute towards reduction of HIV/AIDS and its impact in communities
- To enhance participation of ordinary people in development of their communities
- To provide education support to needy orphans and vulnerable children through community support groups

- To conduct any other business or activity as desirable in connection with or incidental to the forgoing purpose

We believe that solution to challenges that communities face reside in the communities themselves and engaging them is bringing those solutions out.
We believe that for total community transformation to take place all areas physical, social, spiritual, political and economic sectors should all be tackled
We believe that TCT is just a steward of resources on behalf of our communities and we have to handle business with integrity and accountability
We believe that if we are to effectively change our communities we must work with compassion that is motivated by passion and empathy.
TCT Board Members
Prof. Bryson Nkhoma
Associate Professor Bryson Nkhoma holds a PhD in Socio Economic History. He is a Senior Lecturer at Mzuzu University in Socio- economic History. He is also a Co- founder of Harvesters Bible church in Malawi. His experience in working with vulnerable communities is an asset to TCT, its Partners and Donors
Board Secretary and Executive Director
He is the Executive Director and secretary for the board. He has served in the vulnerable communities in Malawi for over 18 years. He holds a Bachelor of arts degree in Education. He has been in NGO managerial position for over 10 years and one of those include being Executive Director for Pamoza international
He holds a Master of Science Degree Information and Library Management. He is the current librarian at Mzuzu University. Felix has strong passion to work with the most vulnerable communities in Malawi.
Rev Copeland Nkhata
He has worked as United Methodist church Pastor for 26 years. He holds a Bachelor of Theology (Honours) degree. He is also a founder of the Hope Initiatives which includes the Hope Scholarship, Hope Homes program and the Hope Tailoring School.
Zamiwe is the current Headteacher for Katoto secondary school. She has vast teaching experience at secondary school level and her experience has seen the challenges the youth face as they pursue their education.
Linda is currently worked in the academis with University of Livingstonia. She has also served in the NGO sector with Pamoza international. TCT uses her experience in all these fields
